RAW JUICE RECIPE BY Dan McDonald: Carrot-Parsley Juice




It’s been quite a while since Dan “The Man” from the LifeRegenerator channel on youtube.com with his master plan has been out with his videos because he’s been busy with a lot of things. This is his comeback video. And he will be sharing with us not just this healthy raw juice recipe but he will also be talking about his feelings about being Raw and going Raw.

Dan McDonald has a passion and skill for juices and for raw food . Does raw food create health? Or does health lead you to eat raw food? But when healthy state of mind and a healthy consciousness lead you to the level of what you’ll need to be eating to support your level of mind. Cancel out negativity and add something positive. In this way, it will influence our way of thinking thus having a clear mind without any negative vibes, would lead you to think happy thoughts, be fresh and just feel rejuvenated. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the way to go!

JUICING: A KEY TO RADIANT HEALTH

Juicing helps you absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables . This is important because most of us have impaired digestion as a result of making less food choices over many years. This limits your body’s ability to absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables. Juicing will help to “pre-digest” them for you, so you will receive most of the nutrition, rather than not taking them at all.

CARROT PARSLEY JUICE by The LifeRegenarator

In a juicer add peeled carrots , chopped the tops off. And add the bunch of celeries . And lastly in a glass, add some ice and pour the juice. An ingredient in this recipe is the parsley which cleans up our system. It also makes the breath fresh, and detoxifies the blood. Parsley also helps with the normal functioning of the kidneys. Fruits and vegetables make a good raw juice and this recipe is a starter.
